1. Returns

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, contact us at snugghaus@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer error.

Approved returns will receive a replacement or store credit (if applicable) — not a cash refund.

SnugHaus reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused by us.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be made.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a SnugHaus error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
